Community members are invited to stop by the OSF OnCall table and connect with a team dedicated to helping people access essential resources and digital health tools.
At the table, visitors can:
• Learn about local resources for housing, food, transportation, and social support
• Get help enrolling in digital care programs and setting up or using OSF MyChart
• Explore additional digital tools, including mental health support options
The team will be onsite and ready to help—be sure to stop by and say hello!
